Has anyone else had any problems with the charging port on there Muse? It seemed like it took me a very very long time just for me to jab the adaptor into the port. The whole time I thought I was breaking something as it made a nice crunching sound when it finally did go in. Am I doing this wrong or is it normal?

It's normal for Muse. I had the same thing.

I just got it, realized there was no clear charging port, and came here for help. I'm glad I'm not the only confused one!
So you just - shove it in? Does it have a pinhole, or do you have to get through the silicone? I don't want to break it!

It's like Jopen and leaf. There's a little divot- you pierce the skin like if you were giving an injection. You won't break it- it's the only place that you can penetrate at all and it will go straight in don't worry! If you need more help I can dig mine out and take a pic, I haven't reviewed it yet

I don't have the Jopen or the Leaf, but I did see the little divot with "DC" above it on the Muse. I pressed the charger through what seemed to be a pinhole and it works. Thank you all so much for your help!

It's nice that they try to protect the port so much, but it sure is hard to find (and somewhat scary, just like you said, worrying that you're doing something wrong).
