Do the click n charge toys have to be completely charged to work? Or will a partial charge work? I'm wondering because mine is giving me problems and I had to keep messing with the charger, after two hours, I can't wait up any longer as I'm getting tired and I've unplugged it incase someone would come into my room. It won't turn on. I'm wondering if it needs to be fully charged to work or if mine has committed suicide :,( I'm going to try to charge it again later today but it seems more buggy than normal. I had to lay it on the floor with things propping it up at a certain angle to even get a connecting
