Absolutely. Glass is great for that, you can also put it in warm water. Glass is wonderful for temperature play. Why people like an ice cold toy is beyond me-but if you like that, glass will do that and hold the temperature relatively well.

That's why we like metal - it warms up faster.

Fridge is fine, but it is not recommended to put it in the freezer. As Gunsmoke said, room temperature is usually cool enough though. I personally only put my glass toys in cool water, works just as good and faster too.
