You can read the reviews or ask the people who have reviewed it. I personally didn't really have a problem with it, but if you're really sensitive, you may.

I don't use it for insertion. For me, it just isn't the right size or shape that would do anything for me when inserted. The little nub doesn't cause any problems, but I'm still not sure why it's on there.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure that question is answered in one of the reviews.

It doesn't hurt to insert into the vagina, just DON'T try inserting it anally. I tried to send my boyfriend over the edge on Skype once, and while it worked, it hurt like hell. The shape of the vibe seems to contour to your G-spot perfectly, though I do prefer using it clitorally.
