I received my spring vibe and the led on charger didn't light up, was sent another with the same results. It was charginging though so I thought it would be ok. Twice I used this vibe and loved it!!!!! Until it very suddenly lost its charge and would not recharge...a total disapointment

Yep you'll have to return it again. Sounds like you just happened to get the dud twice. Submit a support ticket and they'll help you out.
