I'm comparing these two vibrators, trying to decide which one to get. My main question is: Is it worth the extra $10 or so to get the silicone toy? I'm new to sex toys and am wondering which will hold up better, feel better, function better, etc.

1) Which one is better for use with a partner?
2) Does either have any smell?
3) Does one have more drag than the other?

I don't own them so I don't know, but have you tried reading reviews? Often times they will answer your questions much faster than posting here. If there aren't reviews that answer your questions, just check back here and maybe someone who owns these can tell you. Sorry I don't have better advice about these However, the more expensive one looks to be very worth it to me. I would not hesitate to buy it. It looks fantastic and now that you brought it up, I want it! LOL

Silicone! The bliss has a nice velvety feel for a plastic toy, but is still just plastic. You don't get that natural feeling like silicone does when it takes body heat.

I would like to know which one would be better to own in the long run. I am new to toys and need to know if the extra $$$ is worth it for the silicone toy. And, as you can see, I love purple!!!

I always choose silicone over plastic because it's softer and easier to clean. However, I have the Fleur de Lis Silicone Bliss and it is not as soft as I hoped it would be. You can feel the hard plastic below the last bump/shaft.

I'd get the silicone too! Silicone just rocks in general and I prefer it over plastic. much softer and safer!

Silicone is always safer, and I often have reactions to other materials, although not plastic.

I'd say worth it since silicone is a little bit safer, easier to clean and sanitize than plastic.

I like silicone over plastic.

I have the silicone bliss and it's a great toy. I enjoy that it has a bit of "squish" to it.

Fleur De Lis silicone bliss (Purple)

Silicone is almost always better in the long run. And as a general rule of thumb, you will get what you pay for. So while more expensive, it is probably the best choice.
