We have the G4 Big Boss. Unfortunately it developed a crack in the white plastic where it meets the orange silicone.

I submitted a ticket to EF who recommended that I contact Fun Factory directly. I did that and the Fun Factory people replaced the G4 - immediately!

THANK YOU FUN FACTORY for standing by your products!

Patchy Paul is a good size to handle, The big boss definitely isn't for beginners and I don't think I would enjoy the tiger that much so I don't have it.
