While flex is great for vibrators...in your experiences has this led to more breaking of toys?

Not sure what you mean - does flexibility lead to more breakage? Or something else?

The more flexible a toy is...the more movement can happen with inner wiring ect. I like flexibility but I think it would break easier. Make more sense?

Yes.

I think it depends on how the toy is made. Like I have a Fun Factory Stranger which is made of super soft and flexible silicone but I don't think there's wires in the places where it bends the most

A well designed vibrator should not be affected by that, at least not for a loooooong time. I see where you're coming from though. I like when all the wiring runs dead center in the vibrator.

I did have one incident on one of my jelly vibrators. The wires within were encased in plastic tubes that connected in the middle and after a few years the jelly finally pulled the 2 halves apart.

In my experience with electronics, internal wiring has much less of an issue with breaking a connection than external wiring. The likeliest spot of a broken wire is the place where the wire exits the toy, if there is a wired remote - it will constantly be bent, rather than just flexed.
