Tweezer clamps are usually good as a starting place. You can adjust the pain level from light to somewhat heavy where with the more advanced ones you get somewhat heavy to "holy hell!" You can get the ones with the chain like these which will have added weight and thus a bit more pain. The other option is the smaller ones like these which will have the lower pain level. If you find you like those, then you can move up to the ones like you linked to in your post. I wouldn't start out with those unless you know you really like nipple play with a fair amount of pain.

If you are simply a beginner I would suggest these nipple clamps as I found them to be more progressive. You can take the weight off, and adjust them as you need them to be adjusted with the screw.

BUT you mentioned low pain tolerance. Kira is right in saying the Tweezer clamps. Tweezer clamps would be your best and probably your most enjoyable clamps to begin with.

The clover clamps you have in your original post, if you are thinking of those, try a clothes pin first!!! And the clover clamps I find have more of a "bite" to them.

the metal-worx ones are magnetic and easy to control, would be good to start off with

clothes pins are a good place to start off with, then working up to clamps, haha, magnetic ones normally are good too because at that small of gauge its tolerable
