Which do you prefer? Battery or rechargable? Are the rechargables worth the money? Is there a power difference between battery vibes and rechargable vibes?

Rechargeable is much easier. No batteries to run out of.

I prefer rechargeable AAs - I only need one charger for all brands, and I don't have to worry about the in-buit battery losing charge while not in use (it's bad for the lifespan of the battery).

I prefer changable rechargable batteries. Toys with built-in rechargable batteries cost extra because of their own batteries and charging circuitry. Also, a rechargable toy is useless if it's not charged; in a pinch, I can simply pop in a set of freshly-charged batteries.

Once you go rechargeable, you won't want to go back. Seriously.

I haven't given into rechargeable vibes just yet. I've heard after many charges the initial life of the charge is drastically shortened. I sometimes use my vibrators for up to an hour, if not longer.

If a toy comes in a rechargeable form, I usually go for it. It's nice not having to worry about purchasing batteries.

I definitely prefer rechargeable toys. If not then rechargeable batteries.

I'm looking to get my first rechargeable toy; it seems so much simpler!

First of all, there is no need to spend tons of cash on batteries with a rechargeable toy. If you do the math, it pays off in the long run as rechargeable toys tend to have longer lives. I have a rechargeable mini vibe that I have owned for two years now.
Secondly, the intensities are higher with rechargeable toys. I have noticed this in each one that I own. They have amazing power and you just don't see that with most battery operated toys.

I love rechargeable ones ,but I buy battery toys because my apartment power goes out easy and then I can not play.

All mine are battery, but I think rechargeable would be nice. I don't use them as often as I used to though, so I suppose the batteries aren't too bad.

Love rechargeable but only have one so far But I do have a battery charger and use rechargeable batteries

I use rechargeable batteries, mostly. Rechargeable toys would be nice, but I'm always afraid they aren't compatible with the power grid over here... I've ruined things before because I didn't double-check before plugging them in.

I've only ever used batteries, but I would be more than happy to try a rechargeable one.

Rechargables are nice, but I like to keep some of each around.

Rechargeable. I even have a small army of rechargeable batteries around. I use the Sanyo Eneloops as well as Apple's rechargeables.

I love my rechargeable toys.

I've not had an opportunity to try a rechargeable toy, so I voted "other," since I don't have experience enough to choose between the two. I can imagine rechargeable ones are greener and easier to have ready on hand when you want/need it.

Rechargeable. Though one draw-back with them is if they're dead and you want to have fun NOW.
08/29/2011
With the battery powered ones every time I'm super honey I find the batteries dead and not a good one in the house! Rechargeable you wouldn't have that issue.
