Batteries vs. Rechargeable

How do you feel about having to buy batteries, keeping them on hand, maybe having to keep a selection (AA, AAA, N, C, etc)? Do you shell out for rechargeable toys?

Engaging topic analysis of Rechargeable vibrators:

Batteries vs Rechargeable
Have you ever come across a battery operated vibe that was as strong as any rechargeable vibe?

Do you prefer rechargeable vibes to battery powered ones?
I think rechargeable is good because you don't need to worry about it running out of energy and it does save you money over time.

Rechargeable batteries!
Do the rechargeable batteries seem to last longer than just regular ones? I don't know if I should purchase them or keep using the throw aways!

Rechargeable vibes
my next vibe is going to be something that's rechargeable (sort of like the hitachi models or similar... so dang cute and it seems to work well)......

Why not to use Rechargeable Batteries
In a few threads recently, I've noticed people who have wanted to use rechargeable batteries, or have wanted EF to carry rechargeables. I've mentioned

Recharegeables!! So much more reliable. I'm on my second (a Lelo Elise 2 this time) and would not give battery toys house room now.

I have only had two rechargeables, but I find I like the battery toys better overall. I don't like purchasing batteries so much and the best toys drain them fast. However, I don't like to plan which toy I will use a day or two in advance, as the rechargeable toys I tried required. Until they come up with a bevy of rechargables which are friendly for quick charges, I will keep purchasing batteries.

I am slowly moving over to rechargeable toys. I still have some that run off batteries but they use common battery types that I usually already have in the house

Rechargeables are so much more convenient, are usually stronger, and make me feel better about not contributing so much to landfill waste.

I have a few battery toys but I really do prefer the rechargeable ones the most because they're so much greener.

All my toys are battery charged. We already have a ton of rechargeable batteries for our Wii remotes and other various devices so it's not much of a hassle. There's usually a few in a charger somewhere around the house.

All of my toys are battery charged and the batteries seem to last quite awhile, it hasn't seemed worth it yet to pay extra for the rechargeable toys.
