I would stay away from any lube that has a sweetener in it for fear of infection. You should only be using sweetened/flavored lubes for fellatio.

Used this several times already and haven't had a problem. That may be because I licked it off before sex but still no problem.

I've been curious about this too. If it contains a sugar alternative then why would it cause any issues? I wish I knew if it was safe or not. I never had any reactions to glycerin lube and glycerin is in a LOT of lubes. I'm a little nervous about the sucrolose, aspertame, ect ect. I have no clue!

I love Sliquid Swirl. It's the only flavored lube that doesn't give me infections. Plus it tastes great.

Ummm... a UTI is not the same thing as a yeast infection.

a UTI is very different and not caused by the same thing. I've never had problems with this lube.

ahhh and now I don't know if I should use this or not. I'll just be using it for cunnilingus (i.e., only as a vulva lubricant and not as a vaginal one), but still... I didn't know aspartame would have any effect. It seems like the reason they used aspartame was to avoid glycerin...
hmm...
hmm...

We love our sweetened lubes (with glycerine, we NEVER buy aspartame products) for use with my partner's fleshlights (and any of his other toys) and for oral on him. That's all they get used for, never penetration.

A UTI is a urinary tract infection, commonly referred to as a bladder infection. It causes a kind of burning or irritated sensation in the urethra when you pee, and can make you feel like you need to pee really bad when you don't.
A yeast infection is caused by too much yeast growing in the vaginal area, which usually happens when either the yeast is fed by something like sugar, or when the good bacteria that keeps the yeast in check is killed off (like with antibiotics). It causes a red, itchy, burny vaginal area.
