My wife does not have these. She does have the Ami set, and that's her favorite out of the 3 or 4 sets that we have purchased.

I'd recommend the Luna beads instead. They're more comfortable and you can actually feel the weights moving around inside, which is more effective and fun. Check out the reviews.
