I frequently experience pain during (strap-on) sex and my girlfriend thinks that the support of a Liberator-type wedge would help. Has anyone who has trouble with painful intercourse tried wedges? Did they help at all?

We don't experience pain during sex but the liberator ramp and wedge are very firm and would provide excellent support. What I can't vouch for is if the geometry will be right for you and your partner - you can the measurements from Liberator and estimate whether you need a wedge or ramp - or one of their newer creations - there are so many to choose from - I can't believe that one of them wouldn't be helpful - good luck!

it might help, sure! you could also try getting a SUPER soft and squishy dildo too, i had a lot of pain till i got a pleasureskin cock, and they difference in softness was amazing. it's not the safest material tho, so if you share-condom it up!

For me, size is an issue, but I'll look into it. Thanks for the tip, I've never heard that! I'll definitely have to give it a try!

Is it possible that it's the strap on and not the way you are having sex? Though I do recommend the Liberator, I have heard that it does well.
