Actually either. I have the Fetish Fantasy heart inflatable cushion and have had it for over two years and it's a wonderful product! I've even refrained from even getting a Liberator! I would say either of these two will be really great. I am impressed with the inflatable ones though. Ours was a lot better & more handy than I ever expected. Course an actual foam would be nicer, especially if you don't want to tumble off the blow-up cushion every once in a while, but that can be part of the fun too! LOL.
