Is there a product here at EF or anywhere on the market similar to the Fascinator??

I am not sure of one. I know there are some crib mattress covers-which I used to use, but not adult like blankets.

As far as I know there's none on EF, but one company (Lovebumper) also makes blankets specifically for adult play. They're smaller than Liberator's blankets, though.
There's probably others, but I don't know of any off the top of my head.
