I really love the red one but it's expensive... Just wondering if the size you get is worth the price?
Do you think the price of the Fascinator throe is worth it?

We just got ours and I'd have to say yes. Alan & I have paid almost that much for "normal" comforters for our bed, and they've not been as warm as the Fascinator, nor water resistant.

For me it's not worth it yet... But that's because I don't really get messy with sex. Maybe when I have a place and can have sex anywhere, or when I live with my guy and we have more time to experiment...
I think for it's features it's definitely worth the price. And I've heard good things about the size I think, or at least never BAD things.

We have a throe and love it. It has become a must have item for our lubricated fun. No more worrying about the bedsheets or bedspread, just throw it on top and start making love. Throw it in the wash and go again.

I'm about to find out as I plan on getting my first Liberator throe this month. Great sale for Eden Friends on Facebook until the 10th.

Definitely worth it. We have one, and are probably going to purchase another one soon for when we get it dirty. Don't like having to do laundry all of the time.

Im still debating this. I dont like how the liquid just sits on top either if i squirt and go to move the blanket i could end up with even bigger of a mess as both me and my partner are squirters.

I like the idea, but it's far too expensive as far as I'm concerned.

I got a Shag Throe (a black one, from Liberator's site) just recently, and I absolutely love it! I don't have to worry about lube or my own juices leaving wet spots everywhere, and it's amazingly soft. Plus, I could also see blankets like this being useful for picnics or camping where the ground might be damp.

Here is a green way to look at it. How much will it cost you to professionally clean your comforter/spread just once, and how many times will you not have to wash/dry your sheets, thus saving water, power and detergent money? Plus, neither of you has to sleep on the wet spot.

I definitely think it is worth it if you squirt...sometimes I soak through a towel & my comforter, all the way down to my mattress! I'm still saving up, but I can't wait to get mine! I hate having to do laundry so often, and occasionally rearrange my sleeping so I don't get wet in the night.

While there are definitely cheaper alternatives that work just as well for the most part, the cost is literally the only downside I can really think of for a Throw.

I think so. I know it is expensive but its good quality. I have a king size bed and it covers the most of the mattress. It doesn't hang over or anything but I think its great. And like I said above too, it can be used for oil massages and such too.

It's been sitting on my wishlist. Definitely sounds convenient, and I would love to get it soon.

It definitely helps. I like it because once your done you don't have to sleep on wet sheets, or have to change the sheets afterwards

We usually use towels so I couldn't justify it myself.

Never heard anything bad, might save you money on laundry in the end.

We LOVE ours! My husband says its one of the best things I've ever bought! We soak through towels, so this is perfet! I got mine for 50 dollars, five years ago and it still looks brand new!!! Definitely worth it!

I'd like to use it as a comforter or as a throw on my full size bed. Does it make a swishy "parachute pants" sound when you're laying on it? That could be annoying.

Ooh yes! I just did my review on one and I use that thing for EVRYTHING! because its waterproof, I tend to bring it to my husbands ball games, in case it rains I have something to drape over my baby girl and I. We use it to lay out on the grass (If its wet outside especially or dew on the ground). It seems as thou just about everything comes out in the washer and its dryer safe too. Honestly-I have yet to find a situation that I can't use it in lol. And they are in some really fun colors and esp the animal print! So they are fashionable too I love mine and look forward to getting at least a few more. We want to keep one in the car for "just in case" purposes lol

I have seen so many reviews say something about that "rattly" or crunchy noise with the material that is in between the layers, and I have yet to hear what they are talking about. This is a really thick blanket, I don't have any noise issues or anything. I laid it out on my bed (queen size) and it almost covers the entire bed. If I lay it length wise from pillow to foot of the bed, theres only about an inch or two on each side of the bed that isn't covered. It makes a great "over the back of the couch" throw, and its easier to access there. Sometimes I will just throw it down at my inlaws house (they have tile floors) for my 10 month old to play on.

That's awesome! I really want one now. Hmm... It'll be hard to pick a color though. I'll have to save up for it. Maybe I'll get one around Christmas time or something. At the moment I really like the purple but I'll probably change my mind like I always do.
05/15/2012
I'd say if you squirt or use a lot of oils it's worth it, but for regular sex that isn't too messy, not really.
05/15/2012
I just hope that they still have them by the time I finally have enough to purchase one! I should have grabbed one a long time ago but I never did. I really want to this time around though. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that they don't suddenly become discontinued.
05/15/2012
I have two of them and they are absolutely worth getting! Not only are they very useful but I always have the animal print one draped over my new leather couch and it just looks stunning.
05/15/2012
Yes, it's great, however the only problem I have encountered is that if I leave the fuzzy side up and the satin side down on the bed, it will slide all over the place.
