Can you use the Liberator stuff on a waterbed?

We don't have a Liberator, but (I know this sounds weird) my brother is always raving abut his (without any details, just says he and his wife LOVE The Liberator.)

But, it seems like you'd need a firm surface to put it on.

It's easy to guess "It would probably be OK." But, unless you have a real water bed, and a Liberator, it's hard to know. We have a waveless bag mattress with baffles. I can't see how the Liberator would work, it seems like it would just sink down into the bed. My Man is a big guy and one of the purposes of the Liberator is to keep things where you put them while having sex. My point is, if the wedge or whatever sinks into the bed with every thrust, it's worthless. I don't want to spend the money unless someone HAS both a waterbed and a Liberator and knows they are compatible.

Anybody have any experience with both the Lib and a waterbed? I'd like real world experience before we spend the money (or points. I'm hoarding my points for now.) Waiting until I know this would be worth it to us.

I can't speak about a waterbed but we have a down "featherbed" and the Liberator pieces work less well on it than they do on a firm surface. I image a waterbed would exacerbate the issues of sinking in and losing firmness that we have.

Yeah, it's similar, but a water bed has more "give." My fear is every thrust or movement would sink into the bed, causing loss of strength of the thrusts etc. Or him sinking under the Lib while giving head etc. We've had a waterbed for more than 20 years, and I am ready for a regular bed again. I think, but at the moment, our budget won't allow it.

I'm getting too old for too much sex on the floor. The occasional kneeling BJ is about it for me at this point. Floor sex would kill either of our knees for any length of time.

I think I will have to wait until we get a regular bed. You can't get waterbed mattresses around here anymore, so when this mattress pops (and they do, we've been through, I think 3 or 4 in the 20+ years) I will be insisting on a regular bed. King size hopefully.

I also can't really speak for a waterbed, but we have a pillowtop and it's hard enough to use them on that, I imagine a waterbed they'd just be all over the place.

Don't have a water bed now - but did for many years - at least 15 (both wave and wave-less designs). I can't think of any reason the Liberator Wedge or Ramp wouldn't be useful - different but useful. We love our Wedge - its all about creating better angles and I could easily see where it would be a big help stabilizing some of the waterbed's less desirable effects.

I don't have one, but I am going to say that I don't think it would go well lol. Firm surfaces are best.

I would think that it would still work, if you put a couple of pillows under your butt, does it not raise your butt up? I know it will not be as much as using it on the floor but it will still give you some. I also think that the added surface area of the Liberator would more evenly spread the weight, this could, in theory add to the usefulness by not sinking as much. Think of standing on the bed, chances are you will sink quite a way, but when you lay on it you don't sink nearly as much.

Just my thoughts. I sure miss my water bed!

Also, My Man is quite a bit heavier than I am. If the bed isn't filled right, I am lying on a ridge when he's in bed, because he displaces the water. He's not a "Plus Size" man, he just weighs about 70 lbs more than I do, so I'm afraid he'd sink at the edge of the wedge.

We'll have to wait. I have SO many points and stuff from videos, I'm going to shop but I don't know what I'm going to get. I have some ideas.

When are the Astroglide Shooters back in stock? They are hard to find, and I'd prefer to buy them at Eden.
