Go with the Super Soft, the Adonis is a pretty firm silicone and the Titan is TPR.

We have the Adonis and the super soft. The super soft is better fit for my partner and thus more comfortable. Its a bit stretchier too. The silicone is a lot smoother and more comfortable. The Adonis on the other hand is thinner so it's less obtrusive but it's just a tad too small for him.
I can't say anything for Titan though.

Look and see which c-ring is going to be the best fit for the male. I didn't know this when I first started here and bought a c-ring that didn't fit my hubby because I didn't measure so measuring is important.
