Vibrating Cock Rings and Pubic Hair...

Contributor: Newmie Newmie
Which ones would not pull on any untrimmed pubic hair? I do not want him to have to trim unless he HAS TO. We are just starting out with these and want a vibrating ring that will not pull. That's about the only requirements I have so far.

If you're careful and are lubed up well, most shouldn't be an issue. My husband doesn't shave and is rather hairy, and we haven't had a lot of issues. As long as there's lube and you stretch the ring when you put it on and take it off, it shouldn't pull too much.

PropertyOfPotter has some good advice, a good lube will go a long way. The material the ring is made of will help too, silicone does not tend to grab hair as much as TRP will.

True, true I love the higher end silicone, they are worth the investment.

I find that the most awkward part of using a cock ring when you have any amount of pubic hair is actually taking them off. When you try to slip a finger between the material and the skin, so that you can stretch the ring prior to removing it, that's when the hair gets caught.

Never had any problems with hair when using vibrating cock rings that fit just the shaft. However, when using rings which go around both the penis shaft and testicles, shaving or at least a good trim are required for me.

I suppose it also depends on how sensitive you are to hair pulling... it bothers some guys much more than others.

I reviewed a lasso-type vibrating cock ring that wraps around the cock and fastens under the balls with a slider that holds a vibrating bullet. It wasn't my favorite style of vibrating cock ring, but it might work better on untrimmed guys than a ring with the bullet directly attached.
