Isn't that a danger with the female pumps as well? I think it's likely much safer to focus on the clit and surrounding area while just avoiding the vaginal opening all together. I am afraid of suction devices down there, so I have never tried one, but I have used some on my nipples and you need to be so careful. The last thing I would ever want it to harm my sexual response due to tissue or worse damage in my vulva, eek!
