How do I persuade him to try?

I'm interested in getting my boyfriend to finally use a cock ring. I am a huge fan of Lelo so I was going to buy the Tor. How can I make this less awkard? We've talked about it before and he just shrugged it off.

I don't know if your interest is for him or you? For me, the large steel rings like the Omega link - enhance my experience. After getting use to it, my wife found that she lies it as well - because I tend to be a little larger, harder and longer lasting.

If you're looking for a penis-only ring with a vibe - I understand his reluctance - it's really for you not him.

Another factor may be age - younger men (including me) don't think they want or need toys - some are even threatened by them. For this all can advise is patience - and persistence!

Put it on him yourself, that should help persuade him.

My recommendation would be to do it in a way that doesn't scream (at least from his perspective) "there's something wrong with your unit and/or performance that I want to improve." Seems like you could do this by buying yourself something that could be used on you at the same time you buy the Tor and then saying that these items were both recommended as the "must have" toys for any couple. An even more disarming approach would be to start with the We-Vibe 3. Once he gets comfortable with this use of toys like this, you could introduce the ring. With either approach, you convey the message that you are just trying to buy some fun stuff to enjoy together and not looking to fix a problem with him.

I wouldn't start off with the Tor. Some men don't even enjoy the feel of cock rings so starting off with something that's going to be around $100 could be a huge bust. If you start off with less expensive ones and find you both enjoy it then consider getting the Tor (or even the new Tor II that Eden might be getting soon).
