Depends on whether or not you've used them before. If you are a regular user and know what size metal ring would fit you, I'd go with that jazzy-looking stainless steel ring. The Beginner ring is probably better for first timers, or if you're not sure what size to get in a solid ring. Eden sells rubber/stretchy cock ring "kits" with a few different sizes, so you can use them all and see which one is more comfortable on you... then measure the diameter and check it out in a solid ring.
