I have a few of these toys (the medium and large plugs) as well as the pfun toy. They were all precursors or my pure wand. Even though I love them all if you told me that I have to save one I would definitely go for the wand! This toy is absolutely amazing!

I have used the Pure Wand before, and it was excellent for targeted anal play. The two differently-sized ends make it quite user-friendly, and the curve provides an excellent precision.
I would not mind trying the Mr. Smooth, but it lacks the length or proper base for anal play.
