most are disposable, and the tube where the batteries are in is usually a small plastic sealed case, so in most cases no from what i have experienced, but i could be wrong. good luck!

There are some that you can replace the batteries. They'll tell you on the main page of the cock rings.

The cockrings are non reusable evenifyou keep them clean the batterys fun out and you can not replace them
