I just got one in the mail (not carried on EF) and figured I'd try it out. My first impression is that it's not a very pleasant feeling at all. The best description I can come up is that it feels like a shock you get from walking on carpet but it's constant.

I've used Tens units for tight muscles and the feeling is totally different. I was hoping that the wand would feel the same as a Tens but it doesn't. Guess I'll be buying a Tens unit if I can send this thing back.....
