For me, I think my top three (for females) would be:
-A strong wand, my choice being the Hitachi
-A decent clitoral vibe, my choice being the We-Vibe Touch
-A properly shaped and sized dildo/stimulator for your anatomy, with my choice being the G4 Big Boss
