I've decided I'm gonna spend some money and buy myself a gift. I know I want some vaginal exerciser balls, as I don't have any, but I can't decide which. So many of them have similar ratings. Should I start simple, or buy a more "luxurious" set to start right out? For those who have a lot of different ones, what would you suggest?

I've never owned or used vaginal exercisers before. I am sure I want a ball or set of balls to wear while I go about the day, to remind me to do kegels. Where is the best place to start?

I have the luna beads, you really get two sets of different weights. I love them!!

I think you should start out with something cheap to see if you will use them or not.Look up the Ben Wa Balls.

I think it's good to try something on the cheaper side and see if you'll actually stick with it first.

i've gotten the leopard duotone balls recently and i have to say i really enjoy them.. they are a cheaper set and probably wont last long but for now they are great and when these break i'll upgrade to a nicer set for sure!

I agree, basic and cheap to see if you like it.

Not that much difference in price so I would go with the moderate set.

I'd do middle to luxury.

If you are a kegel novice I highly recommend getting a set that has a good string. I am a novice myself and tried to use a set of glass balls and had difficulty getting them out because I don't really even know how to do a kegel. I'm hoping to try again with a string, I've heard great things about the luna beads even though they are expensive.

I was wondering the same thing. I think we will just get the Ami because at least one of the three is bound to be useful.

i would try a cheap one first to see if i liked it.

I prefer the weighted ones but no matter which you buy, stick with it. They definitely work.

I would start off with a cheap one first.

I have tried several different types of balls, and never stuck with any of them. Then I tried the Jopen Intensity which is a kind of auto-exerciser and let me tell ya it works and you will WANT to use this one everyday! It is REALLY expensive though so maybe not an option for everyone.

I can do kegels without balls, but honestly I'm SO interested in the Jopen Intensity.

I'd experiment with different styles from cheap brands first, then invest in one you know you will like.
