None of these. The Energie kegel exerciser is better. It's one pound, easy to use, and gets results quickly.

One Pound? 450 gramms?

Wow. The other ones are round 1,5 to 3 ounces, like 50 to 100 gramms.

I do believe that one can get results very quickly.

Luna Beads, though the noir set is the smaller version. I have the regular sized ones, and I love them. Yes, they really do work!

I actually like the Fun Factory SmartBalls for a kegel exerciser. They're a good size, weighted, and they've got a good retrieval string. You can leave them in all day, no worries.

You know, I suggest investing in both types, one set of balls and one alternative exerciser. I love the energie kegel exerciser.

Thank you for your replies! I think I will buy the energie and the ami.

Is it a coincidence that the Ami is the hula motion with the rotating hips?

I got the Ami set and it was totally useless for me, just way too light. I'd say go for something metal and heavy: I use my Eleven.
