What's the benefit of glass balls for Kegels? What do you prefer to use?

Contributor: Missy27 Missy27
I am not one to regularly do Kegel exercises. I did get the Luna mini balls a while back and have recently started using them again. These were my first and only Kegel tool and I was thinking of exploring other types to compare. I love glass dildos and have noticed more glass ben wa balls on Eden. Anyone have these or know the advantages (and disadvantages) on glass over the other materials used?

Also if you do Kegels or vaginal tightening and strengthening, what do you use?

I don't think there's any advantage between having them made in one material or another. I kinda see it like some prefer glass dildos to other material dildos.

I use go, go, go, Kegels! YAY! then the Emigi crowd settles down... I find the difference of weights included in one package helpful. it let me know how much weight increase there should be at different levels of Kegels strength.

I also found it helpful to learn how well I'm working my Kegels based on the positions my body may be in.

I've done quite a bit of Kegels research. you many find doing so helpful as well. good luck on your search.

Thanks. Great review I'm going to give these a try when they are available again and keep researching Kegels.

Okay I'm a bit premature in my judgement. The more I use the Luna beads they more I notice that they are working. I'm going to keep trying for a while and see how it goes. I definitely know the lighter weight isn't as effective for me so at some point I will upgrade to those.

I've been doing Kegels on my own for awhile, but I'm a newbie as far as using any beads or balls to help strengthen my muscles. However, I'm really considering trying something like that because I don't feel the muscles are really being worked enough. I was wondering, what product would you recommend for a beginner and what weight do people usually start with? Thanks.

check out my post above & review. there is a single Emigi available that is lighter in weight than either in my review. you might want to read about it.
