If I could afford it I would spend 150+ some of the toys that I like are $100+

What is the MOST you would spend on a sex toy?

Description says excluding specialty items like sex furniture... I think Liberator shapes count as furniture?

I didn't want people to count them since they're not really "toys" per se...Not sure if anyone is but there are a heck of a lot of "$150 and over" votes!

bought the we vibe II, best choice ever, that was expensive too

I pick quality over price... Would pay 300.00 if it is worth it

So for the most i've spent on a toy is 100$ but, if I found something I wanted that was over 100 I would buy it.
07/24/2011
I don't think I ever spent more than 70 on a single toy.
07/24/2011
If it's good quality and will last a long time I will spend around 200.

Money isn't a problem for me when coming to buying a toy, I'll save money if I have too for a toy!!!
07/26/2011
My most expensive one so far is MiMi, 80.00 USD

Over 180.00 for JimmyJane toy

I'm more comfortable under 150, but it's really hard to justify a toy that expensive. I would if it's really worth it.

Honestly, it depends on the product. For dildo or vibrator, $150 (only if it was a highly rated toy made from silicone). For sex toy furniture, I'm currently dreaming on a fuck machine that's almost $2,000.

I'd like to get my girl whatever she wants, regardless of price.
08/01/2011
Depending on what it did and how much it pleases me or my partner, the price doesn't technically matter.

$150 +- I normally save up, then use my reviewer discount, and then write a review for more expensive items.

I've spent 200 on a sex toy before... so yeah

next purchase is going to be liberator!

I'd be fine saving my money for a toy that costs more than $150, but it better be a really nice toy.

I can see myself dropping a nice amount of money on a steel toy.

At the adult novelty store where I work, the only items in the $100+ range are the We-Vibe II, certain rabbits, and certain wands/magic massagers. I purchased the Doc Johnson iVibe Rabbit from Spencer's for around $80, and right now it sells at my store for around $120. But then again, the wholesale prices we've been paying on Doc Johnson steadily go up quicker than most novelties (not bashing DJ, we order from a distributor, not directly from the manufacturer). For a high quality product with a lot of functions, it's reasonable to expect to pay a lot. You get what you pay for.

I think a lot of times, people overthink sex toys. Certain things - furniture especially - can be either built or jerry rigged for free that would otherwise cost hundreds of dollars.

I bought the Eroscillator Plus and it cost me over $150, but it was well worth the price! If you're thinking of buying this one Wild Orchid, GO FOR IT!

I'm more interested in the $/orgasm aspect than in ... more

I'm more interested in the $/orgasm aspect than in the actual price. If the item turns out to be a hit I will use it constantly and it will pay for itself in happiness in no time. The risk of buying something high-quality but totally not suited to my anatomy/masturbation style is what keeps me buying things under $30. I only once bought a luxury toy (on an auction, for less than half the regular price) and it turned out disappointing. less

I've spent a lot on our toys!

Ugh, I've already spent upwards of $130... Damn exotic dildos.
... They were so worth it though!

$150 max, unless it had everything I have ever wanted in a sex toy.
