If you aren't wanting to drop too much on one, but get a bit of variety, I've used The Screaming O brand before. They are TPR Silicone and run on common watch batteries. They aren't the best, but they are reusable since you can pop the vibrators out to wash the silicone and replace the batteries.
A step up from there would be the 4US cock ring by Rocks Off. It has an interesting design, and I enjoy it very much.
