Soooo, does one just remove these by hand or are they supposed to squeeze them out? What if you can't squeeze them out? Any chance of them getting stuck or lost? =/ Obviously that's a fear many women have about certain things.

Basically, I'm looking into what would be the most pleasurable ones that are effective with kegel exercises as well and I had to ask about these kinds of balls because they seem to have good price tags but concern me. A lot of women seem to use them fin without concern, though.

I have and LOVE the Lelo Luna Beads!
Before I tried any kegel balls, I was worried about getting them out if they didn't have a cord.
I use my Luna beads without the girdle (it's too long for me) and I practiced pushing a stringed one out at first. It was easy. So I cut the strings off the two that had them.

I actually enjoy trying to squeeze them out.

As for feeling them and being pleasurable - Luna Beads are VERY pleasurable. You can feel the internal ball move with the slightest movement. I love that feeling!
I have the Emigi too, but I can't feel that at all. I feel it's useless for me.

The balls without the cords freak me out, so ive yet to try them but i've heard over and over that you can just squeeze them out and that there is no chance of them getting lost.

The vagina is completely closed off via the cervix, so, no worries of things getting lost.

If you are totally concerned about not having a pull-cord, you could put the balls in a condom and tie a knot in it and use them that way.

To remove a ball without a cord inside your vagina, just place your thumb and index finger on opposite sides of the ball and pull, bearing down with your kegel muscles will make removal easier.

Thanks for all the info on these i have had some my hubby and i picked out and i have had them put away in our safe for a couple of years when cleaning out the safe i saw them and thought i wanted to try them i mean who proberly couldnt use a tighter vagina after being married 20 years? But my fear is my husband coming home and ive got these 2 pleasure balls stuck in my vagina and i cannot get them out cause they have no pull string. So by what i read that just doesnt happen with these uh? Well hear goes wish me luck. Cause i would hate to show up at the local e.r. with these things lost in space so to speak. Thanks
