Never tried them, so unfortunately I can't help.

I have both Emigi and Luna Pleasure Beads. I don't find they work my muscles at all. I can wear them all day without any problems.
The Luna Beads feel really nice and that's the only reason why I wear them.
But it doesn't make me squeeze my muscles - I find it easier to work my kegels without any exerciser.

I have Smart Balls, but I do not notice that I am really getting a workout from them. For the most part, I do not even know they are there, unless I am running or jumping. I have high hopes for the Jopen Vanity Vr1 Duo Balls though!

Well - I'm way off base here - being a guy. But anytime you exercise things are going to get more toned and in shape. Even if they just remind you to do your Kegals - they would work. Sorry ladies - that's just my 2 cents!

Duno, but I want to try them.

I have a glass set and I just started wearing Luna Balls. They work because with them in I am reminded to do my kegels. I've been using them a few months now and I can squeeze tighter and my orgasms are stronger. I'm a believer.

I haven't noticed any difference after using my Emigi but I had strong muscles to begin with so that might be why.

I've never tried them before however I have friends that have who love them. Personally I'd get afraid to lose one. D:

never heard of them.

Having vaginal balls inside you won't accomplish anything other than maybe reminding you to do your kegels. But you can easily and just as effectively do kegel exercises without them.

If you don't have to work to keep the balls in then you need heavier balls!
They aren't supposed to just slip out, but they are weighted for a reason. I personally enjoy the ones with weighted balls inside of them- not only do they remind you to do your kegels, but you get a nice little sensation from feeling them move around when you bounce up the stairs. They make you want to put a hop to your step.
Really I don't feel like there is a straight answer for this because it all depends on you and your preferences. (I didn't vote)

I voted not sure bcs I can't really attest to there effectiveness bcs I am not a regular user. I get cramps easily so sometimes wearing them hurts. As Tuesday says they seem to be a good reminder to squeeze.

Have tried mine yet, because I'm to scared to wear them to work XD

Tricky question... because some vaginal balls work for some and not for others. I think like anything (vibes, cockrings etc)... you need to find a toy that's suitable for the individual and not think that a "one size fits all" product will be suitable for everyone.

I just recently got my Ami so it's a little early to report results but I did start to cramp up after about eight hours of wearing them the first one the other day and the cramps subsided when they were out for a couple hours. Which make me inclined to think that it was doing something.
Ami 2 I actually had to work to keep it in. It started to slip out and I didn't want it to fall out until I got somewhere where I could manually fix it. I basically had to try and suck it back in to me using nothing but my kegels. I started cramping earlier so I didn't keep them in as long. But again, I'm inclined to think that they're working. I'll update you in a couple weeks when I write my review.
Plus, they really encourage me to put that bounce in my step and they make going to the gym so much more pleasurable. Even if it doesn't remind me to do my kegels, it definitely inspires me to go to the gym.

I put I am not sure. I have a gold weighted set but I rarely wear them anyone. I did when I first got them and I saw no change, or should say felt no change. I am with the post above that I can not wait to try the ones from Jopen Vanity Vr1. They are second on my list of wants right now.

I have some and they definitely help.

I am too tight already to use them. (And it ain't a brag bein' tight. ) I once had one in and could not get it out... which was a horrid, freaky experience for me. NEVER AGAIN.
04/10/2011
They are not worth it at all
04/10/2011
We have been curious about buying some but precisely this question keeps us from doing so! lol
04/13/2011
I wasn't sure either, but they weren't real expensive so I bought a set. I like mine. I wear them when I do housework or exercise. There are also some that produce a vibration I think would be interesting to try as well.

I have the Fun Factory Smart Balls, and even though I worried that they weren't actually doing anything (since once I have them in for a bit, I don't even notice they're there), I can say that they have *definitely* made a major difference. I've been wanting to try some other versions, though, like the Luna Beads, just to see if they're any different/better than the Smart Balls.

They don't do much for me
