Anyone use condoms for toys? Is it a good way of keeping them cleaner and safer?

We just clean and store them well then again prior to next use.
We spend a lot of time on hygiene making sure we are clean as can be or we won’t play. So far so good. Ass the mouth from the most obvious to the extreme toys is common for us and a huge turn on. On the rare occasion that we might be unsure and it’s a spontaneous ass filling we want the we would use them for the exception of me wearing on to fuck my wife in the ass or while she was on her period. This is my wife and I don’t get disgusted about anything just thankful that we have each other and thankful that we dare go where most people wouldn’t lol. Though we do have limits and boundaries .
Attached two photos of my wife stretching my ass, one with big dildo no condom and the other of her hand with a latex glove.

We don't. All of our toys are either stainless, glass or premium silicone - so washing with soap and hot water is enough to keep them in good shape for reuse.

Most of my toys are glass or silicone also. I don't use condoms on mine either. Just hot water and soap

No condoms here. We do clean our toys after each use. And as others have posted we only use non-porous body safe materials.

Nope! Where's the fun in that?! That is exactly why I buy better quality toys and clean them well. Toy cleaner or hot water and soap.

Toys made of quality silicone, glass or steel don't require using condoms, because they can be sterilized in multiple ways.
But with toys made of materials like TPR or Jelly, it would be better to protect yourself with a condom. These materials can harbor bacteria due to their porous nature.
Also, using condoms with sex toys makes sense when you're not sure whether this toy made of body-safe and hypoallergenic materials and you want to prevent possible unhealthy body reactions to this material.
