Tips for Teneo Uno

Hi everyone, I just purchased the Teneo Uno and I'm having trouble feeling any sensation from the inner ball when doing Kegels. Does anyone have any tips? Is it possible that I'm inserting it too high? I did feel the inner ball during removal.

Are the sensations with the Teneo Duo more pronounced? I was thinking of getting that too.

I have never felt much sensation from any of the smartballs products other than when I'm moving around at a fairly fast pace.

Just squeezing them does nothing to the inner ball. In fact, it actually isn't designed to. The inner ball moves when you move, working your muscles automatically so you don't "have" to do kegels. Vaginal balls do very little if you're just sitting still.

I think, while it's good to actively do kegels around the ball(s) it's not going to be enough to get sensation from the inner ball. For that you have to move.

Thanks Carrie Ann, I also tried walking around and doing short runs and I didn't really feel anything. I'll give it time and maybe I'll grow more sensitive to any changes that are happening.

I don't really notice them much, either. The Luna Beads work way better and are more noticeable to me.

I didn't feel anything even while moving around with the uno, the duo makes a big difference that's what I'm using now.

I also just recently got the Uno. When wearing it, I didn't notice anything at all. But I did end up doing kegels because it felt like the ball was going to fall out! (It wasn't; it was very secure, it just felt that way)

Try doing gentle yoga-like exercises. Lying flat on my back and doing pelvic lifts (knees up, lifting your butt so that your knees are a 90 degree angle, shoulders still on the ground) helps me out. Then it's a butt and Kegel work out...

I wouldn't say that the sensation with the teneo ball is strong, but I feel it much stronger if I'm on the treadmill or elliptical. I have a lot of secret fun at the gym!

the only way you will feel actual stimulation is to move around. just doing kegles works the muscles, but not all of them. try different angles or maybe some yoga poses
