Now I'm thinking the smaller balls would be harder to keep inside..therefore working the muscles more than the larger ben wa balls would....but a few reviews said these are good for beginners....why? My muscles are weak probably, wouldn't i need to work myway to the smaller ones?

Yea, after reading a lot of reviews, it seems that the smaller ones are better for experienced users. I've had my eye on the kegelcisor for a lil' while. It seems to be useful for beginner's onward.

What you are saying makes sense and is how I would think about it too. If they are smaller, they would require more muscle strength keeping them inside. I think the logic behind they are good for beginners is they are small, so they go in easily, so a beginner wouldn't have issues with the size, but they could if they can't keep them inside. I have never used Ben was Balls. I like the Duo balls. They are nice. I would look at these.
