I prefer double strap harnesses with a thick strap across the back for extra support. The corset ones are gorgeous but so is the femme fatale and the femme us much cheaper . My main issue with my body type and harnesses is that they tend to ride DOWN my crotch and sit too low.
Which would you buy?

I think you'll prefer La Femme. I found the Minx (bought it last month) to be slightly more aesthetically pleasing because there were no ribbons. The Minx does sit lower than other harnesses (as other reviewers have mentioned); it's the only harness I've ever had so I can't say if it sits down the lowest per se.
As you said La Femme is cheaper, which is a valid reason for buying it over the Minx.

The Minx is a sexy harness and the leather is buttery smooth, soft and supple. La Femme also looks quite nice. I got the Minx because it is available in a beautiful deep red color.

They will likely be very similar in function as they both appear to sit fairly low. I considered both and decided on the Minx based primarily on my aesthetic preference. I absolutely love the red Minx.
