I have the luna noir beads. I read that they were loud, but I cannot hear them when inserted. I wore them several hours yesterday. I dont have the other luna beads to make a comparison though.

I have both. The Minis rattle like crazy and you can hear them when they are inserted. Like, my husband was dying laughing when I walked with them in me.

The Noir are the same size as the Minis, but don't make as much noise. They have the coating over the balls like the original Luna Beads do which limit the sound they produce. The Minis don't have this. I can hear Noir in my hand, but once I insert them I can't hear them anymore.
