I know I need to strengthen my pc muscles b/c I've had two kids vaginally. I've been looking at all the different balls that Eden has to offer and I'm really curious about how you can tell they work. How do you know that they've tightened anything up? How are you able to write a review on them?

You can't really know, for sure, except through changes you notice through time: cessation of urine leakage during sneezing, stronger orgasms, greater orgasmic control, greater ability to "grab" toys or a penis, etc.
