It shows on the red one pics without the garters, so I am not sure I think they are cute

They are detachable. I have the red one. My review will be up next week.

I will say that it isn't what I was expecting. I will not be including images of me wearing it.

Not so sure. The one that looks like this one, the red one, shows in a few pictures that it is without the garters, but this one does not.

The garters that are included with the harness are detachable. It's up to you if you want to use them!
