Ever tried a RealDoll?

Contributor: Stinkytofu10 Stinkytofu10
Have you or anyone you know ever tried a RealDoll? Have you even seen one in real life? I'm really curious if they're worth the $5,999 price tag.

I can't afford that much for a toy. I've bought cars for less than that!

Hell, I've never bought a car that cost more than that! I've only ever seen them in videos online... I'm not sure I could ever pay that much for a RealDoll, not even the male version!

I've never seen one in real life, but I did see an episode of Tabbo on National Geographic about people who are in love with their RealDoll. One man had a room full of them - about 5 or 6! That's a TON of money!

LOL I know. I try not to judge, but it was a little creepy to see that room full of (fake) women all dressed in sexy clothing. It almost felt like they were there as sex slaves, but then I had to remind myself they were just dolls. Definitely very foreign to me!

I've only seen them on the real doll website. I think they need more "options" on the guy dolls, they have plenty for the girl ones.

I saw that show. Most of the people it was like, "well whatever, to each their own!" But that guy with lots of them, he creeped me out! And it wasn't just his dolls, it was his whole self, lol.

Liberator has one, Libby, and when I was shooting Toy Time at their factory I got to sit with her and move her around and took a couple of pictures with her. They are a little wild looking and heavy as hell!!!
Here is a picture of me and a couple of girls at Liberator being silly. Not a great picture, but you can see her.

*has Taboo queued on Netflix*

Which episode was that?

There was a "My Strange Addiction" episode featuring a guy in love with his RealDoll(s) too. He bought clothes for them and everything.

That may have been it. It's been so long now, I really can't remember! Maybe if I look on there, I'll recognize it, and will be able to tell you. (Assuming you haven't already watched it by now. )

I've never tried one. The concept is neat, but I don't think I could ever spend that much money on one.

No and that is to much money for a doll.

Too pricy and too large to easily store. Not the product for me.
