Texture on glass is almost always noticeable, in my experience. I have about twenty glass toys, and even on the slender ones the nubs are prominent. Swirls tend to feel less extreme, but that's not always the case.

Yes, I can feel them especially at the entrance to my vagina. I have the Pink Passion, Deep Water G, and Nubby G Wand and I can feel the nubs on all of those.

Indeed! My Blossom G's nubs aren't noticeable to me at all but some other glass pieces I have with nubs are quite noticeable.

If I'm really wet, I've found that sometimes sensation decreases, but otherwise, I'm able to feel the texture on all my toys, & it's even more pronounced on glass nubs.

As mentioned, unless the nubs are very small and subtle, I can feel them.

There can sometimes be quite a noticeable variation on glass toys. I read a review for the Pink Passion Wand and could see from the reviewer's photos that my wand had fewer and less pronounced nubs as well as a smaller disk-shaped protrusion that caused them discomfort.
