I myself do not have pierced nipples but had read on a review elsewhere that she was still able to use them- which was much to her surprise.

I used to have my nipples pierced, and personally I would feel a little nervous using them only because I wore hoops instead bars. I think it would work best having the nipple straight barbells in rather than hoops or horseshoe rings.
