The Helix was my first Aneros and was ok, but I love my Progasm way more. The Helix, like most of the line, provides gentle stimulation and takes some time to get the full effect of the toy whereas the Progasm get strait to it and there is no doubt with what you are feeling. Also, the perineum tab of the Helix can be uncomfortable during use.
