I think bath stuff is a great gift.
Perfume too, especially if you already know what they like. Like if they have a specific scent they wear all the time. Additionally, if they DO have a scent, a lot of higher end perfume makers make lotions and bath wash and stuff in the same smell, so that could be another option, depending on what you're looking for.
I think makeup could be a good option too, but only if it's generic stuff that would work for anyone, or if it's something you absolutely know would work for them. Or if you did like my aunt did one year and say "I'm gonna get you all new makeup, let's go!" and we went and got me a new face of makeup haha.

I think makeup and accessories are too personal to buy as a gift, so I would go for bath products. I always love receiving things like that, personally.

I'd definitely go with bath stuff. Make-up can seem cruel, even without it meaning to. IT can just say, "You need this." lol.

The cosmetics aren't really of high quality. The Kissaholic lip gloss is wonderful, so that would be my only exception. You could grab one of those and pair it with a nice bath set and you're good to go!

I went with the lip treatment set for m-in-law and s-in-law. I also got lip gloss set(cake), and some floating candles. I am putting these in antique decorative bowls from a 2nd hand store and wrapping with colored cellophane/saran and a pretty bow. Totally non-sexual!!
