Superskin is my favorite material so far - is there anything better?

I personally am not comfortable with such porous material, but I know there are a lot of different versions of "super skin" such as Cyber Skin, Pleasureskin,etc. I can't tell you how they feel, but if you're looking for something similar to Superskin, I'd think those would be very close.
