From what I've heard, jelly toys are widely reviled and personal experience has backed up the negatives I've heard about (high frequency of bad smells and low durability, inability to use without a condom, and so on). So, given all those common cons, what are the pros of jelly toys?
Is there any upside to jelly?

I really love the way the jelly toys feel when I use them...the floppy bendy nature of them. The smell disgusts me, though. I have one encased in it package, keeping the smell in tight. I don't really want it anymore, but what the hell am I going to do with it...it's not something you just toss in the trash...Ha!

Sometimes I buy jelly toys when I am looking at something new. I was into size play and wanted to know if The Big Boss and The Hoss would work wtih my body. With both being over 100USD and I didn't want to spend that and then go but it doesn't fit!!
So I got the cheap jelly toy for like twenty bucks. Used it for like a month, loved using it, but then upgraded to the toy I originally wanted. I felt better spending on the practice toy first than on the really expensive ones. But at least I knew I was going to like it!

It's hard to find anything but jelly in most sex shops around here, so it's readily available and cheap. But I'd rather something durable.
