Do you just use it like a condom for oral purposes by putting it over the body parts you want it to cover, like a sheet? I've read the only review on it, but want to know more. Thank you.

Yes, you've got it You place the dam on the area you intend to lick, etc., and it acts as a barrier. I recommend putting a little lube at least on the side that is touching the receiver, so it will more easily stick where it's placed.

I find that when using it for oral on the lady bits you have to kind of pull the sides a bit and hold it down. That way it's not moving all over the place.
