Fleshlight Flight and cornstarch...

This will be my fiance's first Fleshlight (anniversary present) I've been trying to read up on proper care for the material. When it talks about applying cornstarch to the surface, do they mean inside as well, or just the outside? Also, any other care tips I should know about before getting it for him?

Just to the outside. The purpose of the corn starch is just to take away the stickiness of the material so you can slide it back into the case easily.

Agreed, but I also starch the openings just a little bit!

I just dust the outside and lightly dust the openings, top and bottom — and I only remove it from the case and re-apply the corn starch once a month. I've also figured out how to reduce cleaning time to less than a minute; check out the follow-up section of this review for the details.

And that is a truly awesome anniversary present!

I powder the inside opening with just a bit on the tip of my finger but yeah mostly just on the outside.
